The current terms that apply when you use CWhereUCheaper.

Service description

CWhereUCheaper provides independent shopping comparison and savings tools for South African customers.

We are not the seller of products shown. Confirm final product, price, stock, delivery and retailer terms before buying.

Prices and availability can change, every retailer may not be included, and no result guarantees the lowest price.

Free and Pro service

Free costs R0/month and provides useful current-value comparison and savings discovery.

Pro Monthly costs R99/month and renews monthly until cancelled. Pro Annual costs R999/year for one year and requires fresh affirmative customer reaffirmation before any later annual payment.

Legacy Plus is closed to new customers. Existing Plus account state and entitlements remain preserved.

Prices and payment

Paid checkout shows the complete amount payable in ZAR, billing frequency, approximate charge date, duration, service start, cancellation and refund terms, and applicable taxes or CWhereUCheaper fees before the customer confirms payment.

CWhereUCheaper does not store payment-card details.

Payfast by Network is the selected payment processor. Its hosted payment page handles card details; a successful browser return does not grant Pro without verified Payfast confirmation.

Monthly Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Annual Pro requires affirmative customer reaffirmation before each later annual payment and never silently schedules a second annual debit.

VAT status: registered. Displayed customer prices are the complete totals payable and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid-account customers can submit a cancellation or refund request from Pro Value or contact support.

Submitting a cancellation request does not itself prove that provider renewal has stopped. We confirm the effective date, access end date and future billing effect from the authoritative provider record.

Refund requests are assessed using the verified payment, service period, applicable policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending paid access does not by itself delete saved baskets, watches, Savings Proof or account history. Free entitlements apply after paid access ends.

Accounts, retailers and affiliate links

Keep your account details accurate and login credentials secure, and do not interfere with the service or access controls.

Third-party retailer terms apply after you leave CWhereUCheaper. An approved affiliate relationship may earn CWhereUCheaper a commission without changing customer price or result ranking.

Policy version and support

Effective date: 4 September 2026. Terms version: za-2026-09-04-payfast-v3.

The terms accepted for a paid order are stored with that order. A later policy update does not silently rewrite that record.
